Michael C. Hickey is a professor of history at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania in Bloomsburg, PA. Dr. Hickey has published extensively on the 1917 Revolution in provincial Russia and on Russo-Jewish rural communities in the late Imperial and early Soviet periods.
