This event is hosted by the Political Economy Workshop. 

Emily Channell-Justice's research and teaching interests include protest and social movements; gender and feminism; human rights; economic development; with a regional focus on Eastern Europe. Her current research focuses on economic development in Ukraine and Romania, with particular interest in information technologies and tourism sectors. As well she is also a book review editor for Anthropology of East Europe Review. Emily is a Havighurst Fellow and visiting assistant professor in Global & Intercultural Studies.
