Matt Regele completed his PhD at the Yale School of Management in 2018 and is currently coordinator of Miami University's new Organizational Leadership undergraduate major. His research explores how individuals understand and make choices in their work, and how these understandings and decisions impact organizational and extra-organizational phenomena.
