Oleksandra Matviichuk is a Ukrainian human rights lawyer based in Kyiv. She heads the non-profit organization Centre for Civil Liberties (recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize in 2022) and is a campaigner for democratic reforms in her country. Since October 2022, she has been Vice-President of the International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH). Matviichuk is a member of the Steering Committee of the World Movement for Democracy, a project of the National Endowment for Democracy.
