TheHavighurst Center for Russian and Post-Soviet Studies kicks off its fall series on "Truth and Power" with a discussion of Russian propaganda in the past and how it works in the present. The event will feature remarks by Dr.Stephen Norris, Walter E. Havighurst Professor of Russian History and Director of the Havighurst Center, and Dr. Hannah Chapman, Assistant Professor of Political Science.
