Dr. Singer is an Associate Professor in the Division of Sport Management within the Department of Health and Kinesiology. His research and scholarly interests are broadly in the area of diversity and social Justice, but more specifically centered around issues of race and racism, and the (under)representation, experiences, and overall well-being of historically marginalized groups in sport industry organizations and other relevant contexts. A great deal of this work has focused on the racialized and gendered experiences of Black males as key stakeholders in big-time college sport in the United States.
