Belarussian artist Vladimir Tsesler is the next artist featured as part of the Creative Horizons speaker series collaboration between the Havighurst Center, Arizona StateUniversity’s Melikian Center, and the Institute on Russia at the University of South Florida. Tsesler is in self-exile from his home country due to political persecution.
