Please join us on for the opening reception of the latest special collections exhibition, "Discovering Edgar: The Life and Legacy of Edgar A. Poe," co-curated by Rachel Makarowski and Ashley Sankey, one of the University Libraries' very own Luminaries students.
Following a short talk by the curators, attendees will be able to make some Poe themed buttons with images taken from our own collections, do a dramatic reading of a Poe poem (a Poe-m if you will), and get a mini tour of the gallery space from the curators. You can even join in the social media fun by tweeting out your best Poe pun! (The hashtag will be announced at the event.)
The reception will be held in King 320 and in the Christine S. White and John H. White, Jr. Exhibit Gallery.
